Our Response to COVID-19
At Style Carousel, we have been thinking of you, your health and your safety during this unprecedented time. We have also been working hard to ensure the well-being and safety of our people and global partner brands and boutiques.
We continue to carefully clean and inspect each item upon return to our warehouse, the standards of which are maintained at the highest levels and in line with the CDC’s most updated recommendations and offer contactless delivery options. With team members working from both Hong Kong and North America, we have relocated and provided safe accommodation for those facing mobility restrictions and other related challenges brought on by the spread of Covid-19.
We are also assisting our partner brands and boutiques to increase their presence on our online platform, many of which are small businesses with physical stores that have been forced to close and thus hit the hardest. We are working with them in any way we can to help during these difficult times - including free listing access through our platform and pre-selling to clients who wish to continue supporting their sustainability efforts for a more circular future.
