If the item does not fit, make sure you keep the tags on and schedule the return of your rental within 24 hrs or receipt. Just tap the "RETURN" button below or under your "ORDER HISTORY" in-app. Then, re-pack the peice in our signature canvas tote, and get ready for the courier to pick-up from your door!

2 | TAP EXCHANGE BUTTON

 

Once your collection is booked, simply tap the EXCHANGE button on the confirmation page. Once the item is safely returned to us, you will receive a refund of the credit to your account to use again towards any rental within 28 days from the initial rental's start date!

 

Style Tip: Make sure you tap the return button within 24 hrs of receipt. Otherwise you will no longer be able to request an EXCHANGE.
