Eligibility
TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“T&Cs”) for the #SCStyleAtHome Contest launched by Solutions Carousel Limited doing businesses as Style Carousel (hereinafter referred to as “Style Carousel“, “we“, “us“, or “our“):
The Offer (as defined below) is available to those eligible persons who reside in Hong Kong, are aged 18 and up, have a valid public Instagram account and access to the Instagram application as of the date of entry. Employees (and their families) of Style Carousel are not eligible.
Offer
A total of two authentic bags or accessories from either Hermès or Jacquemus in unused condition with original tags, dust bags and/or protective coverings donated by our lenders will be offered as prizes during the Contest.
Contest Period
The Contest begins on 12 April 2020 12:00am (Hong Kong time, GMT +8) and ends on 12 May 2020 at 11.59pm (Hong Kong time, GMT +8).
Entries
There is no purchase necessary to enter the Contest. To enter, eligible individuals must do the following during the Contest Period: a) Follow Style Carousel’s official Instagram account at www.instagram.com/stylecarousel (for the avoidance of doubt, the entrant must be following Style Carousel’s Instagram account at the time of judging); b) Like the contest post as posted on Style Carousel’s Instagram account (“Post”); c) Share the Post on their Instagram story or timeline tagging @stylecarousel; d) Comment on the Post tagging at least 3 other eligible individuals; and d) Sign-up for a free Style Carousel account using their Instagram handle as their username for a bonus entry. Entries must be posted in the form specified and in accordance with the requirements detailed on the Post. Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish but no entrant may win more than one prize. All entries will be our property and considered to be User Content as defined, and in accordance with, our Terms of Service.
Winner Selection
During the Contest Period, three winners will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by Style Carousel in its sole discretion among all eligible Entries received to win a prize based. Any non-winning eligible Entries will be automatically reentered into the next winner selection. Each winner will be contacted directly through Instagram and provided with instructions on how to claim the prize. If a winner is not reachable, the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification from Style Carousel or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, then the prize will be forfeited with no further notice to the winner.
General
This Contest in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram. The prize may not be exchanged for cash or other products. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, we reserve the right to change these T&Cs at any time without prior notice, including terminating this Contest and / or replacing the prize with another prize of similar value. It is a condition of the Contest that all rules and decisions made by Style Carousel are accepted as final.
By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their names, city of residence, photograph, voice and/or image for publicity purposes in all media used by Style Carousel, without payment or compensation. Entrants agree to our use of their personal information which may include contacting you regarding limited time offers, promotional offers and/or surveys. Full details are as described in our Privacy Policy.

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Hong Kong and any dispute will be referred to the courts of Hong Kong.
